NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY; A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

 

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals, 13 years or older at time of entry, who are legal residents of the United States. Employees of Signeo, SOUL Electronics, DTP Records, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, agents, officers, affiliates, advertising/promotional agencies, and the immediate families of each are not eligible to win.

 

TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The Sweepstakes will begin on or about 9:00 a.m. (EST) on October 15, 2012. To enter online; visit the SOUL by Ludacris Sweepstakes Page at www.facebook.com/soulelectronics and complete the contest registration. Online submissions to the Sweepstakes must be received by 11:59 p.m. (EST) on October 28, 2012; entries received after that date will be deemed ineligible to win. Alternatively, you can submit an entry by handwriting your name, address, telephone number, email address, and birth date on a postcard and mailing it to SOUL by Ludacris Facebook Sweepstakes – c/o Signeo USA, LLC, 1025 Greenwood Blvd., Lake Mary, FL, 32746. All mail-in entries must be mailed separately and postmarked by October 25, 2012 and received by October 29, 2012.

 

All information provided by entrant must be complete, true and correct. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, inaccurate, incomplete, damaged, illegible, or misdirected entries. One entry per person only, no photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Any intent by the entrant to misrepresent themselves through the use of aliases and e-mail addresses will be disqualified. Limit one entry per household and/or unique e-mail address. If multiple entries are received from any person or e-mail address, all such subsequent entries will be disqualified. Any form of entry other than those described herein is void. By entering, you agree to be bound by these official rules.

 

WINNER SELECTION: The potential winner will be determined in a random drawing from all eligible entries received by the deadline. The potential winners will be notified on or about November 2, 2012. Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. All submitted entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

 

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be notified by telephone or e-mail. Sponsor reserves the right to determine the method of notification. The Sponsor shall not be liable for (i) failed, returned or misdirected notifications based on inaccurate information provided by the winner on the Sweepstakes entry form or (ii) entries and responses to winner notifications which are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, misdirected, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient in whole or in part or for computer or technical error of any kind. The potential winner must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Prize Acceptance Form, within five (5) days of notification. Non-compliance with this time period may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner in a random drawing. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in a disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected at random. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may also be randomly selected.

 

PRIZE AWARDS: Prizes will be awarded within sixty (60) days after winner verification. No prize substitution or transfer is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason. All additional costs and expenses incurred, including but not limited to, federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Other restrictions may apply.

 

GENERAL RULES & LIMITATIONS: Entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use each winner’s name, prize won, hometown and likeness for print publication, online posting, and any other promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release Facebook, the Sponsor and any parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors, officers, and agents from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection the participation, acceptance and use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures, or other errors or problems which may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes, whether computer, network, technical, mechanical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize, in any Sweepstakes-related materials, or that may limit prize fulfillment or a participant’s ability to enter the Sweepstakes. If for any reason the Sweepstakes can not run as planned, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and/or conduct the Sweepstakes from all salvageable entries received, if any. Sponsor further reserves the right to permanently disqualify from the Sweepstakes any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules. As permitted by law and in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, Sponsor may use information provided by entrants to send announcements about the Sponsor’s products and programs via electronic and ordinary mail.

 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Except where prohibited by law, by entering you agree that: (i) all issues and questions concerning the interpretation, validity, and enforceability of these official rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and Sponsor and its agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law; (ii) any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Seminole county in the State of Florida, and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action; (iii) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (iv) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (v) you hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
